   Maximum length is 25 characters

   Maximum length of the tag skill is 30 characters

The user's email address is hidden by default, which means that the email address cannot be displayed in the Email column.
You can only see the email address if the user selects "Anyone" in the “Atlassian account → Profile and visibility”.
