The "Workload Schemes" setting in the Teamployees plugin allows team managers to define and manage various workload schemes in the organization. These schemes help in distributing tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring a balanced workload among employees.
When you first install the Teamployees plugin, all Jira instance users are set to the “Default” work schedule, which includes an 8-hour workday from Monday to Friday. The “Default” scheme is suitable for most organizations and corresponds to the classic work schedule of 40 hours per week.
Create a new Workload Scheme
Define Scheme Details:
Name: Enter a name for the scheme.
Description: Provide a brief description of the scheme.
Work Schedule: Set the total number of working hours for each day. If the day of the week will be a “day off”, such as Saturday or Sunday, leave the value as 00:00.
Click "Add" to finalize and store the new workload scheme.
