Project configuration

Since you have already created a bot and configured it to work with your instance, you can configure your Service project to work with a bot and start creating requests directly from your Telegram client:

1. Create or go to existing Service project.

2. Navigate to Project Settings, scroll to the bottom and select Telegram Bot Settings.

3. Create configuration by pressing Configure button, type a name for your configuration then press Configure.

4. Now, to be able to create a request with a specific request type, you can configure it with Add request types.

5. Congratulations! Now you can create a request directly from your telegram client in a chat with your bot (described in ...)
