/start

Starts the request creating proccess. Here you can select a project, request type and name. Since you are created one, bot will send all text messages (except commands) as comments to this request and all attached files as attachments to this request.

If there are two or more requests in progress, you can select the request using /issues to comment the desired request.


/issues

  1. View requests that you have been created that are still in progress (have not been deleted or resolved)

2. Select request to get comments, request link and to be able to comment the desired request.
