The visual calendar shows national holidays in selected countries and will also help employees plan, track and create requests for vacation, sick leave or time off.

Create an event

To create an application, click on any cell in the calendar, or on the "Add Event" button.

In the modal window that opens, select the event type, for example “Vacation”, and also provide additional information:

Users can create requests of different durations, events for “Full day”, “Half day” and “Hourly” are available.

Creating “Half day”, “Hourly” events is only available in the range of one day.

The plugin displays all events in a calendar with time zone information:

For each event (for example, vacation or sick leave), the time zone of the user who created this event is also saved. This time zone is taken from the Atlassian user profile (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences). For full-day and half-day events, we display the original time zone in which they were created with their starting dates, as well as the time converted to the current user's current time zone.

The expression "14 Dec, 00:00 - 15 Dec, 00:00" is a common and clear way to represent a full 24-hour day range. It indicates the start and end times of an event or period, spanning from midnight on the 14th of December to midnight on the 15th of December. The format is generally easy to understand and widely used in various contexts, such as event schedules, calendar entries, or time-based representations.
