Navi plugin uses browser session storage to cache data received from the REST API (space hierarchy, last space modification data). This helps to reduce the number of REST requests and speed up the plugin.

The session storage functionality can't be used and the functionality of the Navi plugin will be limited if your browser blocks third-party cookies. In this case, please enable cookies for our domain in your browser.

In Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More  Settings.

  3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.

  4. Click Third-party cookies.

  5. In section Allowed to use third-party cookies add domain navi.softlist.com to allowed.

NOTE: you don`t need to do this steps in the Data Center plugin.
