Bulk Actions

The Bulk Actions functionality in the Navi plugin is designed to change multiple Confluence pages from different spaces at once, such as moving, renaming or deleting multiple pages at once. To navigate, use menu "Apps → Navi Bulk Actions" or the "compass" button on the Navi navigation panel.

Bulk actions in the Navi plugin help users efficiently manage their content, by providing a convenient way to perform repetitive tasks on multiple Confluence pages simultaneously.

Select one or more Confluence spaces and pages on which you want to perform a bulk action.

Bulk Move Pages

Bulk Move allows users to select multiple pages and transfer them from one location to another Confluence space. This makes to facilitate content reorganization and restructuring, enabling users to easily rearrange or group related pages.

Bulk Rename Pages

Bulk Rename enables users to change the titles of multiple Confluence pages simultaneously. This feature is particularly useful when users want to apply consistent naming conventions or quickly update titles without the need to edit each document individually. In addition, users can select multiple pages and rename them with a common prefix or suffix.

Bulk Delete Pages

Bulk Delete allows users to remove multiple Confluence pages in one action, rather than deleting them individually. This feature is helpful when dealing with outdated or unnecessary content that needs to be removed from the Confluence space. It saves time and effort by avoiding the need to delete each document separately.
