You must have Jira administrator rights to access this section.
Go to the plugin settings section in the following path: “Apps → Manage apps → Teamployees → Configure”.
Permissions
Jira administrators can grant permissions to the following user groups:
Administrators: Users of this group have extended access to plugin settings. For example, they have permissions to change the workload plan for the entire organization or an individual user, can edit personal information for all users, and view summary leave reports for all users. Additionally, these users have access to all the features of users with standard privileges.
Users: Users with standard privileges have access to the calendar page to create their own requests, such as vacation or sick leave. Users in this group can view current and upcoming holidays, vacations, and birthdays of their colleagues. They can also see information about other users in the “Jira Users” and “External Users” tabs, and if necessary, they can edit information about themselves, such as phone number, birthday, hobbies, etc. In the “Reports” tab, these users only see statistics for their own leave requests.
Events Notifications
If you want to be notified about events you need to approve, Teamployees plugin can create the appropriate issues for you, here you can set up a project for this.
When selecting a value in the "Project" field, please note that the "team-managed projects" type is not supported due to limited functionality, but you can choose any "company-managed project".
After connecting the project, you will need to publish the changes made by the plugin in the workflow scheme for the correct implementation of the approval process using the provided “link”. Follow the provided link and publish changes to the workflow scheme:
To make all requests for a day off mandatory approval, choose the "Approver is required" option in the general settings of the Teamployees plugin.
