Troubleshooting

Even after successfully configuring the project, it's important to ensure that the default atlassian-addons-project-access project role has the following mandatory permissions for the add-on to create and process issues properly:

Modify Reporter
Create Issues
Resolve Issues
Transition Issues
Browse Projects

Make sure these permissions are set in the relevant project(s).

If a project selected in Event Notifications uses a shared Workflow Scheme (a workflow scheme shared by multiple projects), any changes made by the Teamployees plugin to the workflow scheme will need to be applied in the global settings:

If you do not plan to make changes in the global settings for a shared workflow scheme, we recommend selecting a project in Event Notifications that uses a Workflow Scheme not shared with other projects.
