External Users

This section of the Teamployees plugin allows you to manage External Users — such as vendors, clients, freelancers, or temporary staff — who do not have a Jira account.

Open

You can create and maintain profiles for these users with helpful details, including:

• Full name

• Team

• Phone number

• Email address

• Country

• Time Zone

• Skills

• Hobbies

• Date of birth

• Zodiac

Individual values for Skills and Hobbies can be saved per user. Additionally, admins have the option to remove custom entries from the Skills and Hobbies dropdown selectors.

Filters

Users can use filters to find teammates with similar skills or interests. Use filters to determine which objects to display on the page:

• Name

• Team

• Country

• Birthday

Absence Tracking

Teamployees provides full support for tracking vacations and sick leaves for external users.
