In this section, each user can customize key aspects of their own Teamployees experience.

The settings in this section are individual for each team member.

Events

  • Choose to “Approver is required“ to require all employee leave requests to be approved by an approver. Learn more information

  • Uncheck the option "Allow all users to approve events" and select the users from the drop-down list (one or more) who will be responsible for approving vacation requests. Learn more information

Calendar

  • Choose to “Start the week on Monday” to align with your regional work week.

Jira Users and External Users

  • Columns to display: Select which columns to display in the users list to ensure you see the most relevant information at a glance.

  • Users per page: Set the number of users to display per page to streamline navigation and improve load times.

 

After making your changes, click the "Save" button and reload the Teamployees plugin page in your browser to ensure your selection is applied.
