Jira Users

This section of the Teamployees plugin allows Jira users to add additional information about themselves to their personal profile, for example, phone number, birthday, skills, etc.

Fields

1. Team
   Maximum length is 100 characters

2. Phone number
   Maximum length is 25 characters

3. Country
   Maximum 1 country from the drop down list

4. Skills
   Maximum length of the tag skill is 30 characters

5. Hobbies
   Maximum length of the tag skill is 30 characters

6. Birthday
   Use a calendar or manually enter a date

Email Address Display

A Jira user's email address is hidden by default, which means it cannot be displayed in the 'Email' column in the Teamployees plugin.

However, each Jira user can manage the visibility of their email address in their Atlassian Account under the Profile and visibility settings, in the Email address field.

Time Zone Display

Each Jira user can set their time zone in the Language & Region section of their Atlassian Account:

Filters

Users can use filters to find teammates with similar skills or interests. Use filters to determine which objects to display on the page:

• Name

• Team

• Email

• Country

• Birthday
